Privacy

We collect a name, WhatsApp number, optional email, city, pincode, and the documents you send, so we can prepare a loan or subsidy file. The WhatsApp number is the unique identifier for the engagement.

We share papers with the bank or the scheme agency when the file requires it. We do not sell data. We do not use it for advertising.

You may ask us to correct or delete a profile by writing to advisor@loansprep.com, except where a live bank file still needs the papers.

Accounts are signed in with Google, X, or email. Session data is stored so you can return to the dashboard.
