Refunds

Tier II plans (PMEGP, MKUY, PMFME, AIF): if the subsidy is not sanctioned, the fee is refunded in full. You must have supplied complete, accurate papers and not withdrawn the application.

Tier I documentation plans are not refunded because a loan was declined. The work is the file, not the sanction.

A change of plan before work starts is honoured. After work starts, we settle the difference. Refunds, when due, go back by the original payment method once live payments are on.
